Position: Garment Production Supervisor

Location: Near Thirumangalam, Madurai
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day garment production activities.
Manage operators and production manpower effectively.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
Monitor quality, productivity and production efficiency.
Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing and packing sections.
Monitor line balancing and manpower allocation.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Ensure minimum production rejection and rework.
Maintain production records and daily MIS.
Follow company SOPs, safety standards and discipline requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and other departments.
Candidate Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing.
Experience in Home Textiles / Garment Production preferred.
Good knowledge of stitching operations and garment production processes.
Ability to handle production workers and shop-floor activities.
Valuable understanding of production planning, quality and productivity.
Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Salary can be negotiated based on relevant experience, technical knowledge and overall suitability.
