The Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer & AI Generalist who combines robust design skills with an understanding of digital marketing, content, video, and AI.

You should be able to take a brief from concept to execution, while maintaining a strong visual identity across digital and offline communication.

Key Responsibilities
Strategize and create static and video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Design social posts, carousels, Reels, motion graphics, campaign creatives, emailers, blog covers, website headers, and event creatives.
Develop offline marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, corporate profiles, and event material.




Repurpose blogs, webinars, presentations, and long-form content into engaging social-first formats.
Translate complex business and professional-services topics into straightforward, visually engaging communication.
Maintain brand consistency across NRD and its associated brands.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, SEO, and Business Development teams.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
Stay updated with design, social media, video, and content trends.

AI & Digital Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media content.
Tool knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, Premiere Pro, Indesign,
Knowledge of Figma and AfterEffects is a bonus
Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, image/video creation, editing, and content production.
Familiarity with AI tools - Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools is a must.
