Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for construction and real estate projects.
Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and project-related creatives.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to track and improve lead quality and conversion.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage website content and ensure regular updates.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.




Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, and other vendors when required.
Maintain and strengthen the company's online brand presence.
Explore new digital platforms and marketing trends relevant to the construction and real estate industry.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Valuable understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Comm
