We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 12 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing relevant talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from job requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary HR/telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate databases and ensure recruitment trackers/ATS records are updated accurately.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation,



offers, and joining dates.
Support offer negotiation and closure in coordination with the HR/hiring team.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives when required.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Positive understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
