Inside Sales Specialist Company : Docterz Health Tech We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Specialist responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, customer acquisition, sales closure, and revenue growth. Generate leads through outbound calling and lead prospecting. Book and conduct product demonstrations via Google Meet.

Drive demo-to-sale conversion, sales closure, and payment collection. Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead pipeline. Maintain robust product knowledge and demo quality. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, talk-time, demo, conversion, and revenue targets.

Prepare sales reports/MIS and follow company sales processes and policies. Ensure qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Telesales preferred. Comfortable using Google Meet, CRM, and sales tools. Highly target-oriented with a solid focus on sales and revenue achievement.
