Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Department: Accounts / Finance
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Industry / Manufacturing Sector
Qualification: B.Com
Software Knowledge: CATPRO ERP and Tally (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations. The candidate should have experience in invoice billing, accounting entries, and ERP systems in an industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice Billing & Documentation
Prepare and generate sales invoices and billing entries in CATPRO / Tally.
Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and on time.
Accounting Entries
Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in accounting software.
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
ERP & Tally Operations
Work on CATPRO ERP and Tally software for accounting and billing tasks.
Update data in ERP system and ensure records are accurate.




Accounts Reconciliation
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Verify supplier and customer accounts.
Reports & Documentation
Maintain accounts records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Prepare basic accounts reports when required.
Coordination
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production departments for billing and documentation.
Support senior accountant in financial closing activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally and CATPRO ERP
Good understanding of invoice billing and accounting entries
Basic knowledge of GST billing and taxation
Good MS Excel knowledge
Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts / Billing
Preference for candidates with manufacturing or industry sector experience

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
