We're Hiring – Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise maintenance activities at our Chennai Lounge.

Position:- Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

Location:- Chennai Lounge, Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day repair and maintenance activities at the lounge.
Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, and general maintenance work is carried out efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
Identify maintenance issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for repair and maintenance work.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and service reports.
Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, air-conditioning, lighting, and other lounge facilities.




Monitor maintenance-related expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective action.

Eligibility
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
3–6 years of experience in repair and maintenance, preferably in hospitality, hotels, lounges, restaurants, malls, or commercial facilities.
Robust knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Valuable vendor coordination and team-handling skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and take quick corrective action.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
