Job Description:

Editing (Primary)
Edit founder/lifestyle videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube long-form, and YouTube Shorts - clean, paced, and platform-native
Build and maintain a distinct visual language for The Upside: cinematic, grounded
Add minimal motion graphics and text animations to elevate content without overpowering it
Color grade footage to match the brand's aesthetic (dark, warm, intentional)
Cut and repurpose long-form content into short-form derivatives efficiently

Shooting
Shoot founder-led content, product lifestyle footage, and campaign visuals as needed
Set up for shoots independently - lighting, framing, lens selection
Understand the difference between shooting for Instagram vs. YouTube
Capture B-roll that cuts well - not just aesthetic filler

Motion & Graphics
Create subtle motion graphics:



lower thirds, text reveals, transitions
Animate brand elements in keeping with the visual identity (restrained, not flashy)
Work in After Effects or equivalent for basic compositing and animations

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
