Position: Ecosystem Development Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, investors, universities, and ecosystem partners.
- Establish strategic collaborations to create opportunities for startups associated with StartupFlora.
- Coordinate and schedule incubation, funding, mentoring, and partnership discussions/interviews between startups and ecosystem partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between startup founders and external stakeholders throughout the engagement process.
- Conduct pre-interview grooming sessions for startups, including:
- Reviewing and refining pitch decks
- Business model validation and refinement
- Mock interview sessions
- Q&A; preparation
- Presentation and communication coaching
- Guide startup founders on incubation processes, eligibility criteria, selection parameters, and interview expectations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with incubators, accelerators, mentors, investors, and startups to keep the process on track.
- Track interview outcomes,



collect feedback, and help startups improve their readiness for future opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of incubators, accelerators, investors, mentors, and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Prepare periodic reports on partnerships, startup engagements, interviews conducted, success rates, and ecosystem development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Positive understanding of the startup ecosystem, incubation programs, accelerator models, and funding landscape.
- Experience in startup consulting, ecosystem development, business development, entrepreneurship support, or founder engagement is preferred.
- Strong presentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
