About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, smart, and result-oriented Digital Marketer cum Social

managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, implementing marketing

automations, and taking ownership of marketing activities with mínimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness,

engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Paid Advertising (mandatory)
- Plan, launch, optimise, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Conduct audience research,



campaign testing, and performance optimization.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Marketing Automation
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Automate lead capture, nurturing, follow-ups, and reporting processes.
- Explore AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.
- Integrate marketing tools and platforms where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management too
