Managing inbound enquiries and engaging with potential clients
Converting leads into confirmed bookings
Scheduling and coordinating jobs efficientlyLiaising with drivers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of moves
Using our CRM system to manage leads, bookings, and client communication (full training will be provided)
Following up with clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Collecting booking fees at the time of confirmation and ensuring final payments are received at the completion of each job
We are looking for someone who is confident in communication, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
