Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Kharar, Mohali

Experience Required: 2-3 Years in Real Estate Sales

Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of commercial and luxury residential projects
- Generate and manage leads effectively
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- ⁠4 wheeler is must
- Strong hold on sales and negotiations
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Knowledge of Kharar Mohali/Tricity real estate market preferred
