Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transportation Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation services for employees, including pick-up and drop-off schedules, routes, and vehicles. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor transportation operations to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Maintain accurate records of employee transportation activities, such as attendance, route changes, and vehicle maintenance.
- Employee Profile Creation: Create and maintain employee profiles in the transportation management system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for each employee, including contact details and transportation preferences.
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage transportation schedules for employees based on their requirements and organizational needs. Handle regular and last-minute adjustments to schedules, taking into account changes in employee availability or operational requirements.
- Routing - Regular/Last Minute Adjustments:
Determine optimal routes for employee transportation, considering factors such as traffic conditions and time efficiency. Make necessary adjustments to routes on a regular basis or in response to last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Vendor Allocation: Collaborate with transportation vendors to allocate appropriate vehicles and resources for employee transportation. Ensure proper communication and coordination with vendors to meet service level expectations.
- Vehicle Deployment: Coordinate the deployment of vehicles for employee transportation, ensuring sufficient capacity to accommodate the number of employees.
- Ground Level Coordination with Vendor Supervisors - Documentation and Vehicle Availability: Maintain effective communication and coordination with vendor supervisors regarding vehicle availability, documentation requirements, and operational updates.
