Role Overview:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging video content that aligns with the brand's vision, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, YouTube, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Create compelling motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Transform raw footage into polished videos by incorporating transitions, color correction and grading, sound design, audio mixing, subtitles, visual effects (VFX), motion tracking, masking, and compositing techniques.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn,



etc.) while staying updated with the latest video editing trends, motion design techniques, AI-powered editing tools, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in professional video editing and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Robust understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, composition, color grading, and audio synchronization.
- Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects (VFX), color correction, sound design, audio mixing, masking, tracking, and subtitle creation.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and platform-specific content requirements for Instagram
