Sales StrategyDevelop and execute annual sales strategy.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Identify current market opportunities across India.Increase market share and profitability.2.



Business DevelopmentAppoint and develop dealers/distributors.Acquire OEM and corporate customers.Expand into new industrial segments.Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.3. Team ManagementLead Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Executives.Set KPIs and sales targets.Conduct weekly review meetings.Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales teams.4. Key Account ManagementBuild relationships with strategic customers.Handle pricing negotiations and annual contracts.Resolve major customer complaints.Improve customer retention.5. Forecasting & PlanningPrepare monthly sales forecasts.Coordinate with production for demand planning.Monitor inventory and stock availability.Ensure timely order execution.6. Sales OperationsReview CRM data and sales reports.Track enquiries, quotations, conversions, and collections.Monitor overdue payments.Improve sales productivity and conversion ratio.7.
