Job Title: Advocate

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience: 2-5 years (preferably in real estate or construction industry)

Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, notices, replies, petitions, affidavits, and other legal correspondence in both Marathi and English.
- Handle legal documentation related to civil, criminal, revenue, property, and corporate matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions and advice.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate legal records and case documentation.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government offices whenever required.
- Support management in resolving legal disputes and contractual matters.

Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.




- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Advocate or Legal Executive.
- Excellent drafting skills in Marathi and English are mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Indian laws, legal procedures, and court processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling real estate, construction, land, or corporate legal matters will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with liaising with government departments and statutory authorities.
