Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a high-growth career in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary screening calls to check technical alignment, communication skills, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in job offer discussions, documentation, and pre-onboarding coordination until the joining date.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, agency sourcing, or a relevant HR internship.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic Technical Awareness: General understanding of common IT terminology, software development roles (e.g., Full Stack, Java, Python, Frontend, QA, Cloud),



and tech stacks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sourcing Knowledge: Basic understanding of Boolean search operators on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of handling fast-paced hiring requirements.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, or ATS software.
- Familiarity with US IT / Domestic IT recruitment dynamics.
- Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
