About the role:
This role is focused onMaterials Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). In simpler terms, the position is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time while balancing customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.:
Key Responsibilities
Person should have around 10 years of experience in Project management and reporting to executive leads:
Executive Reporting:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly ELT reports and executive presentations.:




- Consolidate data from multiple business functions into meaningful dashboards and reports.:
- Develop KPI scorecards and executive summaries highlighting business performance.:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.:
- Present insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.:
Project Management:
- Coordinate multiple strategic projects across business and IT teams.:
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.:
- Maintain project plans and governance documentation.:
- Organize project review meetings and capture meeting minutes and action logs.:
- Monitor project health using schedule, scope, budget, and quality metrics.:
- Escalate project risks and issues to stakeholders when required:
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and senior management.:
- Facilitate communication between project teams and ex
