Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT, or software. You’ll drive new business, build strong client relationships, and support our expansion across India and global markets.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, generate, and close new B2B business opportunities for Techmax’s software solutions
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies




- Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to operations/support teams

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, IT, or software preferred)

Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills

Interpersonal: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about technology solutions
