Role Description The Fresher Business Growth Manager will support business development activities and client engagement to help expand Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting services. This full time, on-site role in Thane involves identifying potential clients, assisting in sales outreach, and supporting follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities. The role includes conducting basic market and industry research, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams on projects related to audits, training, and consulting services. The Business Growth Manager will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, contribute to marketing and networking efforts,



and collaborate with senior team members to meet growth targets and improve service offerings.

Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Thane, learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to a consulting and safety-focused environment is important.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software, and interest in consulting or safety services will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
