Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and cold coffee.
- Prepare teas, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages as per the menu.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
- Recommend beverages and products based on customer preferences.
- Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area.
- Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Support the café team during peak hours to ensure quick and efficient service.

Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate. Certificate or Diploma in Barista Training, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel Management,



or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Experience:1-3 years of experience as a Barista in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
