Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, and Institutional Buyers.
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell refined edible oil products by understanding customer requirements.
- Build robust relationships with Chefs, Purchase Managers, F&B; Managers, Restaurant Owners, and Procurement Teams.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage existing accounts and generate repeat orders.
- Coordinate with distributors, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and CRM updates.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA,



B.Com, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in HORECA Sales, FMCG Sales, Edible Oil, Food Products, or Institutional Sales.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market and food-service industry.
- Existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development and sales-conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
