Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business with OEM customers in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry.
- Generate new business opportunities for refrigerant gases (R134a, R410A, R32, R404A, R407C, R290, R600a and other refrigerants).
- Manage relationships with existing OEMs while identifying and onboarding recent customers.
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with procurement, production, and engineering teams.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.




- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM updates.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales experience in Refrigerant Gases or HVAC products.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
