Key Duties & Responsibilities

A field sales BDE spends most of their time on the ground, managing the following core activities:
-Lead Generation:* Identifying new market opportunities and scouting potential clients within a assigned geographic territory.

-On-Field Prospecting:* Conducting cold visits, knock-on-door prospecting, and setting up face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.

-Product Demonstrations:* Conducting persuasive sales presentations, pitches, and live product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

-Negotiation & Closing:* Handling objections, negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close sales deals.
- Territory Management: Planning efficient daily travel routes and schedules to maximize the number of client visits per day.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining robust relationships with newly onboarded clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
