Role overview

Key responsibilities

Lead cross-functional development teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and cloud engineering functions.

Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.

Architect robust, scalable, secure, and distributed systems capable of supporting large-scale enterprise operations.

Lead cloud strategy and execution within AWS environments using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Aurora MySQL, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.

Drive DevOps transformation initiatives and CI/CD automation practices.

Advanced expertise in database management including MySQL, Amazon Aurora MySQL, and scalable cloud-native data architectures.

Optimize database architecture, query performance, indexing strategies, replication, and high-availability configurations across complex enterprise systems.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS/Aurora MySQL.





Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 8-12 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.

Strong expertise in full-stack development, including contemporary frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, Java, or similar).

Hands-on experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
