Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental discussions.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver induction, soft skills, leadership, and technical training programs.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop annual training calendars and monitor training effectiveness.
- Ensure all mandatory statutory and compliance training is completed on time.
- Facilitate guest service excellence, communication, and behavioral training.
- Support departmental trainers through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve employee productivity and service quality.
- Evaluate training outcomes through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
- Promote employee engagement, learning culture, and career development initiatives.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, where applicable.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development is an added advantage.

Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and generate reports.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
