Role Description

The Brand & Content Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan. Working directly with the founder, the intern will support the planning and execution of MRP Hospitality's branding and content initiatives across digital platforms. Responsibilities include capturing photo and video content, editing short-form videos and basic graphics, assisting in social media planning, researching emerging trends,



and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling. The intern will also help coordinate content shoots, encourage team participation in content creation, maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, and assist with day-to-day marketing activities. This role offers practical exposure to building a hospitality brand from the ground up while working closely with the founding team on creative strategy and execution.

Qualifications:
- Strong awareness of Instagram, Reels, TikTok-style content, and emerging social media trends, with the ability to identify engaging content opportunities.
- Good photography and videography skills for capturing lifestyle, food, beverage, and behind-the-scenes content are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with the team during content production.
