About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced skilled to support billing operations and business processes, ensuring accurate billing execution, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing billing data, resolving operational issues, and contributing to process optimization initiatives within a dynamic telecommunications environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support end-to-end billing operations and related business processes.
- Monitor billing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with defined standards.
