As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing while working closely with the Group Payroll Manager and wider payroll team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end processing of payrolls across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential payroll records.
- Complete payroll data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure employee data integrity and accurate payroll reporting.
- Support compliance with local statutory requirements and international payroll regulations.
- Assist with payroll audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Contribute to process improvements and payroll transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Payroll Manager and wider payroll team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and support to colleagues across the business.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring minimum 2 years of experience in a specialist payroll role, preferably within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment. Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately with confidential information will be important.
