Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Manager

Location: Jamshedpur

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month
Experience: 8-15 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of furnaces, motors, transformers, panels, and utilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team.
- Plan maintenance schedules and maintain service records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for uninterrupted plant operations.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 8-15 years of electrical maintenance experience in a foundry or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, HT/LT panels, and preventive maintenance.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
