Location: New Delhi / In office (4th Floor, A-111, Police Station Road, Block C, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110052)

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate written and verbal communication between Chinese and English.
- Assist in negotiations, business discussions, and vendor coordination.
- Translate documents, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other business-related materials.
- Support sourcing, procurement, and business development activities involving Chinese markets.
- Conduct market research and gather information from Chinese platforms and websites.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and translated documents.

Requirements:
✔ Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese

✔ Strong command of English (spoken and written)

✔ Excellent translation and interpretation skills

✔ Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and clients

✔ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools

Preferred Qualifications:




- Experience working with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, or trading companies.
- Knowledge of import-export processes and international trade.
- Familiarity with Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
- HSK certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, or business coordination will be an advantage.
