The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes, mentoring students, and driving academic excellence through innovative teaching practices.

Teaching & Content Delivery:
- Deliver engaging,



exam-focused lectures on Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Verbal Ability.
- Customize teaching methodology based on exam type (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT) and student profiles.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, remedial classes, and practice workshops to strengthen student performance.

Content Development & Academic Support:
- Contribute to the design and development of study material, mock tests, practice sheets, and assignments for VARC.
- Analyze exam trends and update curriculum to reflect latest patterns and difficulty levels.
- Create and share short videos, blogs, or articles to support digital learning platforms.

Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking:
- Mentor and guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and problem-solving approaches.
