About the Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal team leaders to understand manpower requirements, draft job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.

Qualification & Skill Requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc.) or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).

Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.

Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on experience operating major portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, WorkIndia,



as well as leveraging manual networks and referrals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English* (knowledge of *Gujarati* is a strong advantage for local hiring).
