Job Title: CCTV Operator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Identify, report, and escalate suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Maintain logs and records of incidents and observations.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment and report technical issues.
- Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies.
- Review recorded footage as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly surveillance reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Good computer operating skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
