How you will contribute

The Change Manager will play a critical role in enabling end to end change management for Digital & Technology initiatives across A&M; client engagements. Sitting within DTS, this role partners closely with technology, data, AI, and business teams to translate complex digital transformations into practical, adoptable change - driving value realization and sustained outcomes. This role is particularly relevant to A&M;’s growing work across enterprise digital transformation, AI-led solutions, platform modernization, and technology-enabled operating model changes
