Store Assistant / Retail Sales Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on knowledge, skills, and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting uniforms and other products.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange merchandise and ensure proper product display.
- Manage stock on shelves and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Use a computer for billing support, Excel entries, and maintaining records.
- Perform basic accounting entries and maintain daily sales or inventory records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist during busy seasons and school admission periods.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10th qualification; graduation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.




- Familiarity with simple accounting entries is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi; basic English is a plus.
- Honest, well-organized, and willing to learn.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
