Every hire shapes how fast we grow, how well our teams perform, and what we're capable of building. That's why we don't see Talent Acquisition as a support function. We see it as a strategic capability that directly influences the business.

This role goes far beyond posting jobs and coordinating interviews. We're looking for someone who enjoys building pipelines before they're needed, questioning existing processes, and finding smarter ways to help excellent people discover Fresh Prints.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:




- Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.
- Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
- Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus
