Develop new products from concept to production.
Design forging dies, process drawings, control plans, and 2D/3D CAD models.
Work on Hot Hammer, Press & Cold Forging processes.
Prepare manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD & Siemens NX.
Understand CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Drilling, Milling, Grinding & machining processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing specifications.
Prepare and maintain PPAP, PFMEA, PFD & Control Plan documents.
Manage Engineering Change Documents (ECN/ECR).
Participate in feasibility studies, design reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase & PPC teams.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
Support tooling selection, fixture development, gauges, and process optimization.
Utilize MS Excel for engineering documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
