Job Summary

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy field sales, relationship management, and working in technical sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects and Fire Safety products.
- Meet prospective customers through field visits, scheduled appointments, and business meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, builders, industries, and institutional clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales process through project confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely customer communication.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, project progress, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering will be an advantage.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in one or more of the following industries:
- Solar EPC
- Fire Safety
- Electrical Products
- Building Materials
- HVAC
- Industrial Equipment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships.
- Basic understanding of technical products and solution-based selling.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
- Familiarity with the Barddhaman, Durgapur, and Asansol market will be preferred.
