Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging, original, and persuasive content for websites, blogs, project pages, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling property descriptions, project highlights, and promotional copy.
- Develop content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Write scripts for reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
- Research real estate market trends, competitors, and customer insights to create relevant and valuable content.
- Optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing, graphic design, and video editing teams to execute creative campaigns.




- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Uptown Spaces brand voice.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity while maintaining originality and quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, mass communication, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing (experience in real estate is preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to collaborate effectively with the creative team and support multimedia conten
