Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for generating room, banquet, wedding, restaurant, and event business while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, wedding planners, government organizations, and key accounts. The role demands a proactive sales skilled capable of meeting ambitious revenue targets and enhancing the hotel's brand positioning.

- Generate new business for:

- Identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and sales calls.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Increase market penetration in nearby cities.

Corporate Sales
- Acquire new corporate accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate corporate contracts.
- Handle rate negotiations.
- Ensure repeat business.
- Manage annual corporate agreements.

Wedding & Social Event Sales
- Generate destination wedding enquiries.
- Coordinate with wedding planners.
- Conduct property presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals.
- Follow up until conversion.
- Maximize banquet revenues.

Travel Trade & OTA Relations
- Build relationships with:
