Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met within timelines.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
- Maintain documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, business processes, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is an advantage.
