About - Manufacturing company specializing in performance materials, resins, emulsions, and specialty chemical solutions for the printing, packaging, coatings, and polymer industries.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Handling overall plant maintenance activities.
- Managing preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinating maintenance planning and project execution.
- Supervising mechanical maintenance activities along with basic electrical and instrumentation coordination.
- Ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery and utilities.




- Managing shutdown activities and project-related work.
- Maintaining safety and compliance standards within the plant.

Required Skills:*
- Robust knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance.
- Basic to good knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical systems.
- Experience in handling both maintenance and project activities.
- Good coordination and team handling skills.
- Current designation can be Deputy Manager - Maintenance or similar.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
