Position Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and customer outreach.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable electrical and automation solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and project delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

Marketing Activities
- Promote the company's products and services through digital marketing, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
