Experience: 2-4+ Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Identify potential clients and create business opportunities through online bidding.
- Write customized proposals, cover letters, and project responses.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project execution.




- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain a database of leads, proposals, and client communications.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with online bidding platforms and lead generation.
- Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Ability to draft professional business proposals.
