What you'll do
- You’ll act as an escalation point for the Service Hub, resolving incidents, requests, and changes in line with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.




- You’ll perform incident analysis, reporting, and knowledge management while driving continuous service improvements and tracking vendor/SLA performance.
- You’ll support projects and system upgrades by working with internal teams and vendors, ensuring smooth transitions into BAU and effective stakeholder engagement.
