Job Title: General Manager - Charge Point Operator (EV Charging Business)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business strategy.
- Drive expansion of EV charging infrastructure across target markets.
- Identify current business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and growth forecasts.
- Monitor industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.

Business Development
- Acquire new charging station locations through partnerships with:
- Commercial buildings
- Hotels
- Shopping malls
- Hospitals
- Educational institutions
- Fuel stations
- Fleet operators
- Real estate developers
- Negotiate commercial agreements with property owners and partners.
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, DISCOMs, and government agencies.





Operations Management
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging stations.
- Ensure maximum charger uptime and operational efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Financial Management
- Prepare operational budgets.
- Monitor revenue, operating costs, and profitability.
- Improve utilization of charging stations.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Review financial performance and implement corrective measures.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including:
- Operations
- Business Development
- Projects
- Finance
- Customer Support
- Technical Services
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Project Management
- Manage end-to-end charging infras
