Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) or equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional certifications in teaching or competitive exam preparation will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3-7 years of teaching experience for Classes 11 and 12.
- Experience in coaching institutes or reputed schools is preferred.
- Proven track record of producing excellent academic results.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with board curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Familiarity with JEE and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of Classes 11 and 12 in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and concept-based classroom sessions that strengthen both academic understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
- Prepare students for Board examinations as well as competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.
- Monitor individual student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings, and curriculum development activities.
