Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and supervise shift-wise mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring planned and breakdown maintenance activities are executed as per SOPs, GMP, and Valuable Engineering Practices.
Ensure availability of resources, spare parts, and manpower for smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery, while minimizing breakdowns through continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM) activities, including scheduling, monitoring execution, and maintaining monthly compliance records.
Support facility expansion projects and cross-functional engineering activities, ensuring timely completion of project-related documentation and technical requirements.
Maintain GMP, GEP, QMS, and statutory compliance, including SOPs, protocols, audits, training, documentation, approvals, and closure of quality-related activities.
Drive operational excellence through energy conservation, effective shift communication, Kaizen initiatives, and continuous improvement of engineering systems and processes.
