What Youll Do
Make outbound & inbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
Counsel students & parents and recommend the right career/course.
Conduct college visits, seminars & presentations for students.
Deliver engaging college presentations, workshops & career sessions.
Own the complete admission journey: Lead Calling Counselling Conversion.
Handle WhatsApp, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections & negotiations.
Maintain lead data, follow-up status and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with students, parents and college teams.

We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Counselling / EdTech.
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
Confident public speaker with robust presentation skills.
Robust calling, counselling and closing skills.
Target-oriented, energetic & self-motivated.
Comfortable with CRM, Excel & WhatsApp.
